In the feature, hot Philadelphia lightweight Victor Vasquez (14-5-1, with 7 knockouts) will fight Dorin Spivey (40-6-0) of Portsmouth, Va.

Also, Paulsboro, N.J. heavyweight Chazz Witherspoon (29-2-0, with 21 knockouts) of the fighting Witherspoons will box 20-6-1 Evans "The Sandman" Quinn of Miami.
