Exactly as it happened twice in the Stanley Cup Finals, the Flyers started one goaltender Tuesday and finished with the other.
The starter, Sergei Bobrovsky, was booed out of the game.
The reliever, Brian Boucher, blew a late lead and then did not make a save in the shootout of a 5-4 loss to the Capitals.
Two No. 2 goalies.
No chance to finish No. 1 at the end of the postseason.
